Class Description:
This kids' yoga class is a dynamic blend of movement, mindfulness, and fun designed to nurture your child's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through engaging activities, we aim to support their growth and development, helping them thrive in everyday life. In this class, children will:

• Develop strength, flexibility, and coordination
• Build confidence in their physical abilities
• Cultivate better focus and relaxation skills for restful sleep
• Improve posture and breathing habits
• Enhance creativity, imagination, and self-expression
• Foster emotional resilience and effective communication
• Enjoy playful exercises that encourage mindfulness and stress relief

October Series – Newport-Mesa (Age 8-11)

• 4 sessions included: October 6, 13, 20, 27
• Time: 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm (45 min)
• Fee: $80 total ($20 per class) – special monthly package rate
